Tory talk v Lib Dem pleas!

Last week, Shefford Mayor Paul Mackin's made a plea for better bus services around Central Bedfordshire. He described the plight of elderly people who were being faced with no or very limited bus services. Ordinary people who were cut off from places beyond their walking distances. The Tory led Council response? "a review of passenger ransport will develop and implement policy and operational changes" I ask what does this mean. When are Council spokespeople going to realise that they must listen and respond with simple open plain language instead of hiding behind "management speak"
